✅ No âmbito dos Projetos Europeus, que estão integrados no Polo da Literacia Digital e Inclusão Social do Politécnico de Santarém, os jovens Ana Gonçalves, Domingos Freire, Inês Gonçalves, Inês Neto e João Gralha, participaram ativamente no Projeto especifico “Youth and Work”, coordenado pela Aleksandra Stancheva e Ivaylo Ivanov, o grupo esteve presente toda a semana, participou ativamente em todas as atividades.
A Associação “Futuro” – Centro de Desenvolvimento Pessoal” implementou um intercâmbio de jovens na cidade de Pazardzhik, Bulgária, no período de 26.06.2022 a 05.07.2022. 40 jovens de oito países – Croácia, Itália, Portugal, Espanha, Alemanha, Hungria, Turquia e Bulgária – discutiram os problemas relacionados ao mercado jovem em diferentes países. Os jovens participaram de todos os eventos organizados – debates, seminários e atividades em grupo. Eles tiveram a oportunidade de expressar livremente a sua opinião sobre vários assuntos profissionais, sobre atitudes no trabalho, formas de lidar com o stress durante uma entrevista, como se apresentar melhor em reuniões com empregadores. Além das habilidades práticas, os jovens também desenvolveram as suas habilidades sociais apresentando os seus projetos. O trabalho nos projetos ajudou-os a melhorar as suas habilidades de trabalho em equipa, o seu conhecimento de línguas estrangeiras, a distribuição de tarefas e as responsabilidades. O intercâmbio de jovens insere-se no projeto “Youth and Work”, financiado pelo programa Erasmus+.

Association “Future” – center for personal development” implemented a youth exchange in the city of Pazardzhik, Bulgaria for the period 26.06.2022 to 05.07.2022. 40 young people from eight countries – Croatia, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Germany, Hungary, Turkey and Bulgaria – discussed the problems related to the youth market in different countries. Young people took part in all the organized events – discussions, seminars and group activities. They had the opportunity to freely express their opinion on various professional topics, about work attitudes, ways to deal with stress during an interview, how to present yourself best in meetings with employers. In addition to practical skills, the young people also developed their social skills by presenting their projects. Working on the projects helped them improve their teamwork skills, their knowledge of foreign languages, the distribution of tasks and the assumption of responsibilities. The youth exchange is part of the “Youth and Work” project, funded by the Erasmus+ program.
